ASST. PROF. DR. TONGUÇ GÜNDÜZ
He was born in Izmir in 1976. He completed his primary education at Karşıyaka Ankara Elementary School, secondary school and high school at Salihli Sakine Evren Anadolu High School. In 2000, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Aegean University and in the same year he started his specialization education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2005, he received his Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialty. In 2005, he was awarded a laparoscopy certificate and in December 2005 he was awarded an ÜYTE (IVF) clinical certificate. Between 2006 and 2007, he completed his military service at Ankara 4th Main Jet Base. Between 2007 and 2009, he worked in the private sector in Izmir. In 2009, he started working as a clinical director at the assisted reproduction treatment center at Maltepe University, Obstetrics and Gynecology. In December 2010, he was appointed as Asst. Prof. At the same time, he worked as a consultant physician at The IVF Center of Istanbul Private Çevre Hospital. After working at IVF and Genetic Diagnosis Center of Memorial Şişli Hospital between May-December of 2012, he left his position at Maltepe University in January 2013. In March-August 2013, he was clinical director of the Special Avrupa IVF and Women’s Health Center. In September 2013, he came to Antalya and became clinical director of Anatolia Hospital IVF Center and held this position for more than 3 years. Between November 2016 and October 2017, he was the director of Antalya Memorial Hospital IVF Center. Since October 2017, he continues to work as the director of Anadolu Hospital IVF Center.
